Time of the process: Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

As soon as the package leaves us, you will receive an email with the Tracking details to follow its route.

Costs: Shipping fees must be calculated automatically at the final arrival date (checkout), to ensure the final destination.
Delivery time: Usually, packages arrive at their destination within 1-2 weeks.
Customs Duty: Please note that for orders outside the EU, customs duties or local taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Note: If the country now appears in the final order list, write us an email and we will find a solution for you immediately!
🔄 Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love ClearLightStudio products, but we understand if you have changed your mind.
14-day policy: You can return any product within 14 days of delivery, provided that it is unused, complete and in the original packaging.
Return cost: The shipping costs for returning the products are the responsibility of the buyer.
The product is damaged: Please check the manual before shipping. However, if your package was damaged during shipping, please do not send or photographic evidence in terms of 7 sides of the first. We will replace the product or refund you in full.
Refund: Will be made to the original payment method as soon as we process your return.
